With a background in psychology and a career in tech recruiting, my non-traditional background has left me with a passion for understanding human behavior and a knack for problem-solving. 

After spending many years learning about the world of design through the lens of recruiting, I’ve become fascinated and excited by the power that great design has to make a meaningful impact of people’s lives.
